The day of the native forest begun with the sun, the students of the gardening class of the school of Vila Pouca de Aguiar were invited to join the volunteers of Plantar uma Árvore of the Serra do Alvão in Baldios de Afonsim for a plantation of native species such as Black-Oak, White-Oak, Strawberry Tree, Scots-Pine, Mountain-Maple, among others. It was one important step forward in the conversion of this area into a native forest and an enriching experience for all the participants. Cheers to everyone, well done!
